Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM in November.

35 people attended our online meeting, with over over 50 people sending in their proxy votes, we were able to meet the 10% quorum as stated in our rules.

Thanks to everyone for joining in and participating in a lively discussion, as well as helping us meet our statutory requirements as an incorporated society 🙂

We agreed to continue with our current model of free membership for 2025, with a plan to review this model at our AGM later this year.

We elected a new Executive Council with some returning council members and some new RCMS!

Welcome to Stephanie Nossiter (Wellington, Wairarapa, Manawatū, Whanganui & Taranaki), Judy Chappell (Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay) and Marama Mayrick (Nelson & Marlborough). We still have a vacancy for co-chair if anyone is interested in joining Council.
